Welcome to the Undergraduate Student Initiated Education (USIE) website! USIE is a new program at the University of California Los Angeles.
USIE is an innovative program at UCLA, designed by students, for students. USIE allows qualified undergraduate students to develop and facilitate courses for their peers. Facilitators are selected in the Fall quarter, trained in the Winter quarter and will facilitate classes in the Spring quarter. These classes are open to all undergraduate students. Through USIE, students are given a chance to explore interesting and academically stimulating topics in an intimate learning environment that fosters high-level discussion and peer-to-peer learning.
Find out how you can facilitate a class at UCLA! Browse through our website and e-mail us if you have any questions. Also be sure to check out the College USIE site @ http://www.usie.ucla.edu
